This course develops skills in maintaining service entrance equipment such as overhead and underground conductors, weatherheads, anchors, conduit, meter base, meter, main service panel, subpanels, junction boxes, grounding electrode conductor, grounding rod, etc. Also covered are electrical requirements in attics, basements, crawl spaces, garages, workshops, swimming pools, spas, hot tubs, low voltage circuits, planned maintenance activities, energy saving tips, and basic points of electrical safety.
