INT000 - Interior/Exterior Building Maintenance Assessment
This assessment measures the student’s knowledge and technical skills necessary to complete job assignments related to Interior/Exterior Building Maintenance. Specifically, components related to the anatomy of maintaining grounds and landscape items, procedures for maintaining outdoor amenities such as basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball courts, and children’s play areas, procedures for repairing exterior components such as roofs, gutters, down spouts, exterior walls, screens, windows, patios, and decks, and procedures for repairing interior components such as ceilings, walls, floors, stairs, doors, cabinets, trim, and baseboards.
Preserving test integrity is critical to the academic standards of AC/C TECH programs; therefore, all pre-assessments are closed-book proctored tests. Students may complete assessments via the internet if monitored by a divisional supervisor, or by a person of higher-level.
